Mobile Laboratory

Our Mobile Laboratory services help make the process more convenient and less stressful for you. Our certified staff travels to your home, office or destination of your choice and deliver your approved services with no waiting in line or being put at an inconvenience.
Consumer Directed Service
Who is eligible?
Those who are eligible for Consumer Directed care must be:
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to direct their own care
- Capable of living independently with Consumer-directed services in Missouri
- Physically disabled
- Able to have their unmet needs safely met at a cost that does not exceed the average monthly Medicaid cost of nursing facility care as determined by the Department of Social Services document proof of Medicaid eligibility under the Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
- Able to participate in an assessment and or evaluation conducted by DHSS.
Consumer Directed Services allows the consumer to be the employer and have the freedom to hire and direct their own personal care attendants. Consumers are required to meet criteria based on income and level of need.
